In the event of wanting to return an item, we will do everything to help you have a pleasant experience when you want to return the goods to us, that is why we ask you to notify your intentions of returning the products by email up to a maximum of 14 days after delivery.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of your notification.
A full refund will be made subject to the goods being unused in original condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for the return costs.
If you want to request a refund, we ask you to notify your intention of returning the product and requesting a refund by email up to maximum of 14 days after receiving the goods.
In case of a refund our company uses the same method you have used to buy the goods.
If you are unhappy with the goods and request a refund, we give you a full refund if the product wasn't used or damaged.
As long as the product we recieve meets the below requirements we give you a full refund:
- The product is opened/ unopened, but not being used.
- The product is not being damaged in any way ( broken, scratched, bent)
- The product we recieve has the exact same features as the one that was being sent to the customer.
