Questions

  • How do I change my personal account details?

     Simply log in to your account and you will be able to change your profile details. 

  • Who do I contact regarding a product or get technical advice?

    Please contact us via email. Our experienced specialists in horticulture, agronomy and amenity are happy to help you choose the best product on the market and give you technical advice about our industry. 

  • How long after placing my order are my goods dispatched?

    We normally dispatch within 2 working days of your placing an order, during busy periods this may extend to 5 working days.

  • Once dispatched, how long does it take for my goods to be delivered?

    Once dispatched UK mainland deliveries normally take between one and two days to be delivered.

  • If my goods have not been delivered within the mentioned time scale, what should I do?

    In the event when a good has not been delivered in the mentioned time scale, please contact us via email and we will update you.

  • I have received my order, but an item is missing. What should I do?

    In the event of receiving an incomplete order please contact us as soon as you can.

  • The item I have purchased is not working like it should/it’s damaged. What should I do?

    Please inspect and report by email any damage to goods or errors within 24 hours of receipt. Please take pictures of the packaging, package label and damage to goods. This will help us rectify the problem quickly.  If you are unable to email, please call us.



  • How do I return an item?

    In the event of wanting to return an item, we will do everything to help you have a pleasant experience when you want to return the goods to us, that is why we ask you to notify your intentions of returning the products by email up to a maximum of 14 days after delivery. 

    Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of your notification. 

    A full refund will be made subject to the goods being unused in original condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for the return costs.
